1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to SX77. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and the SX77 platform ("SX77", "we", "us", "our") in relation to the use of all services, games, payment features, and promotions available at sx77.fun.
By accessing the platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.

3. Account Rules
Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the SX77 platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or through third parties — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your real name, valid email address, and correct contact details. Any false information provided at registration or during subsequent verification may result in account closure without notice.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You must not share your account access with any other person.
- Any activity conducted through your account — even without your knowledge — remains your responsibility.
- If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify SX77 support immediately.
- Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other individual or entity.
SX77 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its discretion if it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or behaviour that undermines the integrity of the platform.
4. Deposits & Payments
SX77 supports deposits in PKR through a range of local payment methods that Pakistan players use in everyday life. Accepted deposit channels include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and supported mobile wallets. All deposits are credited to your account in PKR at the time they are processed.
By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds being deposited are your own, that you are not using any payment method that does not belong to you, and that the source of funds is lawful.
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section at the time of deposit.
- SX77 does not charge a fee on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
- Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed — contact support as quickly as possible if you believe you have made an incorrect deposit.
- SX77 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing withdrawals linked to a newly added payment channel.
5. Withdrawals
Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to ensure that funds always return to their verified source. If your original deposit method is not available for withdrawal, SX77 support will work with you to find a suitable alternative after identity verification is complete.

- Withdrawals to payment methods not previously used for deposits may require additional verification documents.

6. Bonuses & Promotions
SX77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. Each bonus or promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published at the time the offer is made. The general rules in this section apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
- Bonuses are credited in PKR and are subject to wagering requirements before any related winnings can be withdrawn.
- Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit) must be played through before a withdrawal is permitted.
- Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific promotion terms state that stacking is permitted.

- SX77 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if it determines that a player has attempted to exploit or abuse any promotion.
- Bonuses have expiry dates — unused bonus funds and unmet wagering requirements that expire are removed automatically.
7. Gameplay & Fairness
All games available on the SX77 platform — including slots, live casino, and any sports betting features — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or are run by verified live dealers operating under standardised protocols. This ensures that every outcome is genuinely random and not manipulated in favour of the house beyond the published return-to-player (RTP) rates.
Game results are final once confirmed by the platform system. In the event of a technical error, disconnection, or system malfunction during a game round, SX77 will make reasonable efforts to determine the correct outcome. Where a definitive outcome cannot be determined, the bet may be voided and the stake returned to the player's account. This decision rests solely with SX77 and is made at its reasonable discretion.
- Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing real-money bets.
- Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts is strictly prohibited.
- Any attempt to exploit game bugs or software errors for financial gain will result in immediate account suspension.

8. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the SX77 platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:
- Registering or operating more than one account on the platform.
- Providing false, misleading, or stolen personal information during registration or verification.
- Using payment methods that do not belong to you or that have been reported as fraudulent or stolen.
- Using the platform for money laundering, financial fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
- Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of match-fixing or bet manipulation.
- Using bots, macros, automated scripts, or any software intended to gain an unfair advantage.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing platform staff or other players through any communication channel.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the platform's software or infrastructure.
- Allowing minors to access your account or play games on your behalf.
9. Account Suspension & Closure
SX77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. This right may be exercised without prior notice in circumstances where the platform reasonably believes that a breach of these Terms has occurred, that fraudulent activity is taking place, or that continued account operation presents a risk to the platform or other users.
In cases where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any remaining balance — including both real-money funds and bonus funds — may be forfeited at SX77's discretion. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a player breach (for example, a business decision to exit a specific market), any remaining real-money balance will be returned via the player's last verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting SX77 support. Self-requested closures will be processed promptly and any eligible real-money balance returned in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.
10. Limitation of Liability
SX77 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain uptime, security, and a smooth gaming experience, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free of technical interruptions.
- SX77 is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or indirect losses arising from the use of the platform.
- SX77 is not responsible for losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms.
- SX77 is not liable for losses caused by events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, banking system failures, or force majeure events.
- Players are responsible for their own decisions to deposit, bet, and withdraw — SX77 does not provide financial advice.
11. Privacy & Data
SX77 collects and processes personal data in order to operate the platform, verify player identities, process payments, prevent fraud, and provide customer support.
